The IPA that you didn’t know you needed! We mashed up an Irish red ale and a traditional IPA to create a balanced blend of hop bitterness and malty sweetness.

can to pint glass
pours a hazy amber gold body with khaki-tinged cream rocky frothy foam head that has high retention and leaves occasional sudsy slathers of lacing behind as it slowly settles to a patchy cap with rocky halo
aroma is heavy caramel malt with floral hop wing
taste is the same, only amplified, with a thick dose of caramel sticky malt and floral hop with honeyed robustness leading to bittersweet finish
mouthfeel is mid-level body with high carbonation, running slightly crisp and finishing dry and root bittersweet in the aftertaste
overall:
a "red" IPA marriage that meets in the lower points of both styles yet walk away slightly better than such...
