We teamed up with our buds over at Moon Tower Sudworks and got a little crazy. We created a pilsner base beer, then added annato seed to the mash (you know, the primary component of achiote) to give the beer some really nice floral earthiness. We then fermented the beer on carrots to add some sweetness and body. The result is an ultra-crispy lager the likes of which you've never seen.
