Poured to a teku glass.
A: The body's color is weirdly between copper and yellow. For a fruit beer, I was expecting a pure red body. The head has low density but shows nice retention and lacing in the teku glass.
S: The aroma is more close to a weiss beer than a fruit beer. Just some bready tone.
T: The taste has interesting notes of honey, bready and something I can't recall.
M: For a 6.4%, the alcohol goes down without being noticed. The carbonation is far from great but its the best I've had from this brewery.
O: For a fruit beer, this is not what I expected. Yet, if you read the label looking for ingredients, then it'll make sense. Wheat, honey and elderberry are made in the process of this beer. Weird but looking good.
