Poured from a 32oz can (crowler) I got to go from the brewery. Pours a dark deep amber with a nice 1 1/2 finger off-white head. smells mostly of caramel nalts and earthy, piney hops. Tastes of rich caramel malts up front, with a slight alcohol burn and then bitter hops. Great mouthfeel. Nice bitter finish with warming alcohol present. At 9.7%, hope I can finish the 32oz can without too much trouble! Worth seeking out for the locals.
