This is a go to session IPA. Intense citrus aroma up front, juicy hop flavor balanced with mild malt character in the middle and a clean hop bitterness to finish it out. There is a big dose of Vienna Malt to add body and to give it mild malt character to balance out the 5 varieties of hops in this anytime, anywhere pale ale.

Served on nitro tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served an orange amber color with a fizzy white head of two finger height. The head fades relatively quickly to leave a bit of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is of a cracker smell mixed with a lot of tangerine and grapefruit. Along with these aromas comes some lighter smells of tropical fruits and a little bit of a grassy smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a light crisp cracker taste mixed with a little bit of breadiness as well as some of the grapefruit citrus and tangerine that were in the nose. Upfront there is also a little bit of a tropical fruit taste, which fades as the taste advances giving way to more grapefruit hop. Along with the grapefruit comes some lighter hop flavors of grass and herb, which mix with the rest to take the taste to the end, leaving a crisp citrus hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer light with a carbonation that is rather high. For a session IPA and the crisp citrus hop flavors the feel is quite nice and makes for an easy sipping brew.
Overall – This is a very enjoyable session IPA overall. It has a pleasant citrus taste with enough body to leave you satisfied all while only at 4.8 % abv.
