Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a lighter golden color with a one finger head of fizzy foam. The head fades moderately quickly to leave a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell-The aroma of the beer is heaviest of a bready smell mixed with a bit of yeastiness and some sweeter fruity and caramel smells. Along with these are some light smells of an herbal hop as well as a bit of a floral aroma.
Taste- The taste begins with a bit of a bready and slightly sweet taste of a light fruity nature of peach and pear. As the taste advances the bready converts to a cracker taste as the sweeter flavors fade more and more. A bit of a yeasty taste, as well as some hop tastes of a herbal and floral nature come at the end, leaving on with a moderately crisp, and very easy drinking taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is average - thin with a carbonation level that is average. The feel was rather decent overall, but a slightly higher carbonation may have suited the crispness even better. Overall it was pretty decent.
Overall – A fairly easy drinking and still rather flavorful brew. A nice more session style brew.
