The beer is a dark brown color with a whispy brown head. Aromas ofroasted malt and chocolate are the stongest, mixed with other smells of brown suger and a bit of toast. The flavors follow the nose well with a smooth toasted malt taste mixed with cocoa and some hints of booze. The body is a little thin, but overall not bad as it makes it very easy to drink. Overall this is a rather easy drinking and flavorful scotch ale.
