I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery whilst in Bozeman, Montana for a family vacation. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had bold hemp notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and subtle citrus fruit and big floral/hemp presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Taster at brewery. Golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is malty, sweet, fruity. Taste offers up citrus and tropical notes. More sweet than bitter.

Appearance - The beer is served a hazy yellow orange color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast to leave a good level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is heaviest of sweet citrus of orange and tangerine as well as a bit of light peach and apricot. Along with these smells comes a decent hit of pine and herb as well as a light bready smell.
Taste - The taste begins with moderately sweet taste of citrus and light fruit as well some light grain tastes. As the taste advances more sweetness of a caramel and fruit taste comes to the tongue and with a bit of yeast to leave one with a somewhat sweet but chewy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the beer is rather moderate with a carbonation level that is rather normal. Overall the feel was alight although a bit more chewiness and lighter carbo may have been slightly nicer.
Overall - This is a rather tasty IPA.
Big on the sweeter citrus with enough pine and herb hop to balance it all out. Another great IPA by MAP.
