Served on tap in pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a clear orange color with a two finger head of fluffy white foam. The head fades slowly over time to leave a ton of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heaviest of a tropical fruit aroma of tangerine and pineapple. Along with these aromas comes a rather strong showing of a grapefruit and herb as well as a touch of touch of caramel and earth.
Taste – The taste begins with a very tropical fruity taste with lots of tangerine, papaya, and pineapple. Along with these tastes comes some big flavors of grapefruit hop and a touch of herbal hop. These tastes create a base taste for the brew and persist throughout the flavor profile. All the while there are other fruity tastes of a light peach and apricot flavor as well as some other hop tastes of pine and earth come to the taste profile and leave one with a rather rice and fruity and dangerously drinkable feel to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is somewhat thicker and chewier with a carbonation level that is rather normal. Overall the feel is great and makes for a very easy sipping and approachable feel. Maybe a little too approachable at its 8.4 % abv.)
Overall – This is a fantastically tropical fruited and very easy drinking brew at 8.4 % abv. Awesome and dangerous.
