Tap @ Jabeerwocky, Warsaw - Pours cloudy amber with a white foamy head. Nice lacing. Medium carbonation. Aroma - Slight pepper feel, citrus overtones, no real yeasty content. Taste - Citrus front, light peppery feel, some yeasty overtones but not strong, crisp light bitter finish. Hops seem to dominate on this one.

Raiting this as a farmhouse ale, poured from tap into shaker minimal head soso lacing. Turbid pale golden in the glass. Smell, some citrus, no yeast presence. Taste is pale malt, some citrus, every now and then a twang, but not that often. More a pale ale than a farmhouse.

On-draught @ Jabeerwocky in Warsaw in Spring 2016.. This is a collaboration beer between the bar and Profesja. 5.90% farmhouse ale.
Pale malts give it a body more in line with an APA. The moderate floral hop presence echoes that sentiment. There's a hint of white pepper, but otherwise it's decidedly unfarmhousey for a purported farmhouse ale. Likable and balanced, but not the style it's advertised as.
Regarded as an APA, it's nice. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. Underhopped build.
Highly drinkable, if unremarkable. I wouldn't mind another, but it leaves a lot to be desired - regardless of the style they're after.
