I'd heard, maybe in the local paper because it wasn't here, that Sibling Revelry was winning prizes for their saisons so I waited patiently for some cans (it's a bit too far of a drive with so much else closer) until I finally found this. So I poured the 12 ounce can into a DFH tulip where a small white quickly disappearing head sat on a hazy slightly purplish old gold body. Smell was of the grassy slightly grapey saison funk. Taste at first was a bit thin and uncomplex but as it warmed up from the 55 degree beer fridge temp it had more lingering heft as the fruit makes its presence felt more and the wine tastes are more prominent. I'm really glad I didn't keep this in the regular fridge or I might have dinged it unfairly. This is a solid saison.
