We blended saison aged for several months in oak wine barrels with a fruited sour base to create this highly drinkable Belgian farmhouse ale. Soft oak and hints of red wine marry seamlessly with the mildly-tart, dry hopped, conservatively fruited sour base. A light colored ale, soft, yet dry and refreshing. Born out of our love for farmhouse ales and fermentation and consciously created to be the centerpiece of good company, we recommend consuming this beer in the presence of good food.
