Our 100% mosaic hopped double IPA stands bright, but with a strikingly soft and rounded mouthfeel. Heavy whirlpool and dry hop additions showcase the complex mosaic hop aromatics of blueberry, mango, and juicy, overripe peach.

Pours a hazy golden color with a 1F head and heavy lacing.
Smells of slightly dank piney hops with some citrus.
Tastes of resinous hops, bready malt, orange and lemon with a moderately spicy / bitter finish.
Medium light body with light prickly carbonation. Brut mouthfeel.
I would call this brew a West Coast IPA with a few juicy bits. It's maybe too bitter for some but not me.

This beer is a revelation to me. I don´t like too much malt in an IPA, but this one is the thing. Fruity, malty with very few mosaic hop flavor but distinguished dryness. Very rare for a DIPA.

Had this beer at 3.5 months old but it’s quite good for a DIPA. Hops and malt are nicely blended. One of the better appearance beers I’ve had in a while with a nice 2 finger head that holds well.

Pours orange with a heavy haze to the transparency. Head is two fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is orange, soft white grape, tangerine, and guava. It's tropical fruits, but soft and not overly sweet. Mild nutty malt undertones. Flavor profile is white grape, with tangerine, orange zest, lemongrass, and guava to wrap it up. It's soft and consistent. Mild nutty malts are apparent as the hops fade away. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a soft and creamy texture. Overall, consistent through and through. Some tropical fruits, but not a sugary bomb.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, clear, small creamy white head. Hoppy, fruity aroma, pine, toffee. Taste is malty, piney, sticky, resiny. Kind of dry.

Canned 11/2/21. “Have you seen Dune yet?” stamped on the bottom of the can. No, I did not
Tessellation is a beer that I have long overlooked, walking by it virtually every time I’m at my local store without giving it a glance. In a thread on BA about Moasic hop focused IPAs, somebody brought up this beer, and a few agreed that it was quite good. So I knew I’d have to pick it up to see what I may have been missing. Let’s get into it
Pours a mostly clear orange gold with 3 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves decent lacing
The blueberry character of the Mosaic is really in full swing with this one, and thankfully that's my favorite part of the hop. I'm picking up on aromas of juicy blueberry, resinous weed, grass, crackery malt, pineapple, and light pithy grapefruit
It takes a bit of a dive in taste, feeling a bit flat up front, but thankfully saving itself on the finish. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting light blueberry, orange rind, pale malt, and light pine. The swallow brings notes of juicy blueberry, pineapple, grassy hops, bready malt, pithy grapefruit, and light papaya
A light medium body pairs with gentle airy carbonation, resulting in a crisp and dry beer, especially for the abv. Finishes mostly dry with a nice fruity sweetness
This is a damn solid showcase of Mosaic. I'm left wondering if it's a hop better as a standalone orin conjunction with others. Either way, I enjoyed it

Pours a clear golden to light copper color, displaying visible carbonation. A large foam head shows good retention throughout and creamy lacing.
The nose is sweet and fruity with subtle notes of dank. Aromas of biscuit, honey, caramel, banana, bubblegum, peach and berry. Resiny and herbal notes of grass and pine sap.
Opens sweet, with caramelized, biscuity and soft doughy malts supporting fruity and floral hops flavors. Notes of candied tropical fruit, bubblegum, peach, apricot, berry and orange marmalade. A lightly peppery and alcohol spice, not too boozy, adds some warmth to the finish. A developing bitterness brings forth flavors of sticky pine resin and grass.
Full bodied with a chewy, soft and creamy smooth mouthfeel. Finishes dry and resiny. The carbonation is moderate.
Solid DIPA. Although it felt a bit sweet at first, it grew on me as the bitterness developed.
