Lovely bottle art, nice orange colour and a good head of foam; this brew is a stunner. Smell of grapefruit, sour apple, yeast, earth and barn. Same flavours in the taste, which has a nice balance of dry, sour and bitter. There are also some hints of pepper and peach in here. Medium-bodied and quite refreshing. Nice one.

Hazy dark orange color with huge, frothy head with extra long retention. Aroma has spicy yeast notes, peppery and floral. Taste follows with the same peppery notes, lots of yeast esters and a good amount of underlying bitterness. Medium body with low effervescence. Overall it's a good saison but for my taste, the yeast esters are too intense.
