Had on tap. Cloudy vibrant yellow pour with a large eggshell white head, bands of lacing. This is a great kellerbier with a bright malty biscuit base. Hops are actually balanced (take note America) with tones of lemon zest and grain added to the grass and flowers. Smell is more botanically focused but has the same elements at play. Crisp, light and full with a rising yeast and hop combo that drives the mouthfeel. Paired great with pretzel
