L: drops hazy, cloudy garnet filled with streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" pinkish white cap with good retention
S: big, fresh raspberry aromas with a hint of malt and wheat
T: Raspberry dominates the flavor with some wheat in the background and a moderate hop accent on the finish
F: medium bodied beer with a very creamy texture and medium high, very soft carbonation
O: The level of raspberry tartness keeps the beer from falling into the fruit flavored malt beverage category

Unbelievable. Such a great raspberry beer, 300 #'s of raspberry puree added to kolsch yeast, reminds me of lidemans lambic, fresh raspberry aromas smell likr walking through my neighbors patch as a kid. This is one of the best fruit beers ive ever had, if not the best! Trying this brewery for the first time since it opened a few years ago, only 10 miles from home!!!
