On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one a light soft reddish strawberry color, with no head or lacing.
This smells like soft creamy strawberry, bracing lemon acidity, and citrusy hops.
If the carbonation was a little higher, I think this would pop more. As it is anyway, it's still quite good. It's very, very sour and quite tart. There is a really nice and authentic strawberry flavor coming through- that's often hard to pull off. It's a tiny bit vinegary in it's acidity, but it's luckily not overwhelming. The Mosaic dry hop adds a bit of citrusy dankness to the finish, but it's light..
This is very light bodied, with a lower level of carbonation.
Hudson Valley is cranking out some seriously cool beers. This isn't their best yet, but it's still very much worth a try.
