We spent a late afternoon and evening in Beacon (traveled to NY for a football game at Army). Picked the wrong time to arrive as they had a beer release/pickup. Otherwise, we had a great time with nice seating both indoors and outdoors. Not a big sour/farmhouse ales, but when done right, I really enjoy them. Hudson does them right in my book. Not too sour to lose the beer flavor. Service was friendly and there was a good truck, but we didn't try the food. Will be back!

Amazing place located in Beacon NY. Highly recommend a trip up. Great vibe with outdoor and indoor space and ample parking. Wish they had more cans or bottles available as their beer is fantastic.

Was traveling to Stewart International Airport nearby, so stopped by on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. Note, 2 Churchill St is the address, although the GPS may take you elsewhere. Ample parking. Big box, industrial style building with casks stacked to the ceiling on one side, equipment on the other, but a large, busy service area (standing room for a dozen at the bar), 8 - 10 picnic style tables inside and a comparable number outside.

The crowd was very enthusiastic and seemed very knowledgeable: a lot of repeat customers. The sour saisons and sour IPAs, however, were out of this world: approachable, fruity, and fun. The women in my party were particularly impressed by the balance of fruit and tartness.

The service area is busy, but reasonably well staffed. There were 8 offerings at the bar, a Pilsner and the rest sour IPAs and saisons. 16 oz cans (this was a distribution day and one of the two was already sold out), prepackaged 32 oz growlers, and some waxed bottle offerings available. The best place for sours I have visited in New York State. Certainly worth a trip.

Nice brewery in a gentrified town that seems just as cool as Brooklyn, but way north of the city lines. I love the fact that you can grab a teku on line while waiting for your crowler to be filled up. The line was full of energy with lots of trades and beer swapping taking place, make for a great vibe and experience. If you can visit then I recommend that you do.

Great joint. Amazing beer. Often they have food trucks/vendors but it's near a lot of good restaurants in Beacon. Service was okay but its always jam packed so I understand. If you go, I recommend also checking out DIA: Beacon, the museum in town.

Nice spot on the Beacon Falls end of town - classic warehouse brewery with picnic tables and small pours in standard tekus.

On-trend ipas and sours that occasionally taste like candy eaten tipsy on the subway at 2 am.

Warehouse type setting just off the main strip. Quite industrial look to the brewery with a wall of kegs as a backdrop and conversation piece. A few tables to sit at and barrel type tables to stand at. Staff is quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nice assortment of IPA's and sours (even their saison they classify as a sour) but no other styles.

Great newish place, about 50 yards from the main drag in Beacon.

Industrial kinda location, fermenters, palates of kegs, wooden foudres, you get the picture...I noted a few tables inside as well as some seating by the entry area...

These guys are churning out NE IPA and sours for samples and full pours, as well as crowlers to go....if ya love tropical fruit juice bombs in crowlers this place will not disappoint....guy behind the bar tells me they are not far away from churning out 16 oz cans and doing some local beer scene just gets better and better....well worth a visit

Not as difficult to find as expected, and once we got there it was terrific. The nice weather helped, but the service was amazing and the beer delicious -- especially the sours and farmhouse selection. A limited variety of styles, but they do them all well. The vibe was low-key, and I really liked the barrel-centric decor. Also got to chat with John-Anthony for a few minutes, and wish him nothing but success.

Awesome beer and really cool space. Kind of a minimalist industrial vibe, but it absolutely works. Parking lot would be completely indistinguishable as a brewery if not for a couple sandwich board signs. Inside there are plenty of seated areas and barrels used as tabletops to gather around. The production and barrel aging areas of the brewery are on full display.

The beers we tried were outstanding. We had two different sour beers and both were great. We took a few other crowlers to go and are really looking forward to cracking them.

Huge industrial warehouse building at the bend on the tail-end of Main St. Spartan spacious interior has a few barrel and picnic tables and a good-sized U-shaped plywood tasting bar in the center of the room. About a third of the area is set aside for the taproom and the 2/3s behind the bar are cordoned off for the brewhouse, kegs, and barrels. Place has only been open a few weeks and only had 5 of their own beers along with 1 guest on tap. Their focus appears to be sour and aged beers, and the few that I tried were very tasty. No food as of yet, although there was mention of food trucks in the future. Looking forward to see how this brewery evolves.
