On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a bright and slightly hazy yellow, with a small head, and no lacing.
This smells like super sour peach candy, with a nice lactic aroma, and lemon/lime.
This is quite sour, but with a subtle sweetness that really reminds me of sour peach candy rings. I don't get a ton of funk, but I definitely get a bracing lemony tartness- absolutely lip smacking. I taste some slight wheat, too.
This is light bodied, and very crisp, with a long lingering sourness on the finish.
This is awesome. Hudson Valley cannot be ignored at this point.

On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. Labelled a Weissebeir this came at me from another direction. This has the sour guys in mind. The wild bits are having their way.
Light hazy wheat yellow gives of a pretty lemont aoma that's the first to arrive on the tongue. Then the wildin arrives & takes the kit & kaboodle to the fringes of definition. There's a lot going on all at once. Such that I think one will quench MY curiosity but others might want another.
