Hazy brew where aggressive pour results in robust pure whit bubbly head with choppy lacing

Candy fruit smells. Sweet malt flavor, heavy citrus - peach, pineapple. A bit sticky and quite juicy. Creamy mouthfeel, sweet to the very end. with bitter hoppy enhancement.,

Juice bomb, But taste-wise, done right for the style. .

14 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a teku glass. It pours a cloudy, tangerine color with peach hues, and it sports a full finger creamy, bright white cap and abundant, sudsy lacing. On the nose there are notes of tangerine, pineapple, and soft floral hops. The Azacca hops compliment the Citra and provide taste notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, pine needles, and dry grass. There is also the slightest hint of coconut at the finish. The hops provide clean bitterness throughout. This ale has a lite - almost crisp - mouth feel with appropriate carbonation and it drinks very easily for 8% ABV. Overall, Sky Thing is highly flavorful and drinkable. It really hit the spot on a hot, muggy, early summer day.
