A nice brunch looking appearance. Nothing like an orangina or golden mimosa.
The undertones of dough make me think I sauntered into a tropical bakeshop. The aromas are intense: Maui waui crossed with blueberry muffins topped by a pomelo sauce; a glass of strawberry milk on the side.
Medium body. However, I never really grasped any substance from it because of semi-acrid dryness.
Ringing bite of grapefruit and gooseberry.
Licorice and a pungent spiciness of green curry.
The mango and guava give a light touch;
and it's all just floral citrus,
green tropical,
sappy resin juice.
