Can. Brunch-Style Sour IPA. Yikes! Pours very hazy and a bright yellow. Similar to pineapple juice in appearance. Medium sized cap of white fuzz. Smells like pineapple and white fruit gummy snacks. Coconut is not as evident in the nose. Oh the tartness is definitely there in the flavor. Sour, underripe pineapple, a hop medley, sugary sweetness, then a pleasant coconut finish. Lighter bodied and shockingly drinkable. I thought this would potentially be a mess but I could have several of these. It really all comes together here.

Opaque muddled yellow with a thin white ring.
Smell is fresh juicy pineapple and even a bit of dank resiny hop before hints of coconut faintly accent.
I don't know what else to say about these Silhouettes because they taste absolutely explosive and totally take on the expression of the added fruits. The pineapple is sweet and tart and the coconut is mild but present and freshly herbal and milky.
Tingly and tart, the medium-light body finishes semi-dry. A total sparkling cocktail.

L - opaque yellowy golden haze. Loud, crackly bone white head that quickly dissipates.
S - sweet tarts and sour candy. Lemon and watermelon variety. Lactose sweetness and sour peach rings.
T - okay, there's the Pina Colada. Pineapple and coconut, but not in the typically bright fashion you'd expect. Darker, more muted, kinda flat. The flavor is there, but it feels... distorted. Tangy Sunny D feels and waves of vanilla softness.
F - low in carb and full-feeling, likely thanks to the milk sugar. Many sours suffer from a gassy carbonation and thin feel, but this is silky through and through.
O - it certainly hits with pineapple and coconut, but feels one dimensional or... forced, almost. I enjoy the flavors, but it lacks inspiration. Difficult to rate this as highly as I have, but I can't fault a beer for tasting good.
