Looks like a glass of opaque pineapple juice with no head.

Smell certainly is tart apple cider with notes of cinnamon, crisp red and green apples, and even crunchy bear claw at times. Neat.

Taste is a little less distinct but still pretty great. Nicely tart peachy-apple cinnamon with a spritz of lemon. These beers are so drinkable.

The medium-light body has a crisp firm carbonation, finishing semi-dry with a bit of a sting.

Crowler from 10/25/18. Poured into Belgian tulip.
Look is bright hazy orange with a white head. Nose is all apple cinnamon cobbler deliciousness. Taste is the same up front but transitions to more apple and less spice in the middle then just a smidge of fruity hoppiness in the end with a touch of sourness along with the apple, lots of apple lingering after. Mouthfeel is medium. Overall really delicious food style beer, lots of times with a beer with cinnamon it just takes over but this one works with it beautifully. Delicious stuff.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.

This honestly smells incredible, as I get slightly tart apple cider, apple crisp, cinnamon stick, grapefruit, white wine, and sour orange.

This feels like a sour mulled apple cider, and that's honestly a great thing. The sour IPA gives off grapefruit and orange flavors, and that honestly works, because mulled cider usually has orange peel. There's a decent amount of cinnamon, but it's not overwhelming. There's some lemon and wine-like flavors. The apple flavor also kind of reminds me of those syrupy apple slices in a apple crisp- sweet, a little bit tart, and delicious. I'm really surprised at how well this works, honestly.

This is light bodied, crisp, juicy, and clean, with a soft level of carbonation.

This is such a weird and wonderful beer. I can't believe that it works.
