Pours a hazy pink color with a fluffy white head with a decent retention. The smell is kinda on the sweet side, fruity notes not much funk or anything. The taste is quite sour on the first sip then settles into a more palatable sweet and tart fruit forward ale that’s really quite refreshing. The feel is smooth and very drinkable. Overall it’s a really good beer, very unique fermentation process as well.

An incredibly unique beer, as with all their beers moves through waves of flavor. There is a true umami note that threads itself throughout the layers of sour and slightly sweet notes. Most prominent grain flavor is sushi rice and the sourness straddles the line between hay/barnyard and more aggressive lactic tang. Very subtle fruit notes pop up throughout. Color is a hazy mauve.
