#Samizdat goes down fast! This is Fucking special!
Sour Double IPA w/raw wheat, oats, lactose & raspberry puree, hopped w/Azacca. 8%.
A perfect brew.
Beautiful, deep, rich purple.
So fruity, creamy & rich. Intense red & black raspberry, blueberry, boysenberry & wild cherry. Good acidity, but drinks as med/low sour because of the lactose balance. Med/low IBU's. Quite full bodied & intense.
Great complexity, yet extremely intense, focused fruit.
Wow!
Tasted 4 times. Will miss this puppy.
