Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear maroon/burgundy pour with 1.5 fingers of pink-tinged head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Vinous... red grapes and fruit. A bit of tart cherry.
T.F: Sweet/tart flavor to start... red wine and grape. Some cherry and berry. Lactose and some citrus. Not overly sour and no real acidity. Sticky mouthfeel... medium bodied and smooth.
O: Very enjoyable brew. The Cabernet grapes really come through... and it's a nice take on a soured milkshake IPA. Good stuff and very glad that I got to try it.
