Can. Rotating "Capsule" series. Seven is a New England style Double IPA with wheat & oat, brewed & dry hopped w/ Citra, Strata & Galaxy. This puppy is turbid. The overall color of the brew is a bright honeyed orange but it is very opaque. Huge, uniform head and sticky lacing. Excellent visual if you're into the hazy beer aesthetic. Aroma is solid. Fruit smoothie hops with a creamy sweetness. Sorta smells like what a pineapple sorbet would smell like. Flavor is a bit more assertive and abrasive. There's definitely a bit too much hop burn. The smashed, muddled, tropical fruit is tasty, though. Reasonably creamy but not like orange flavored coffee creamer. More bitter than I was expecting but I think the bitterness can counterbalance the creamy elements in a positive way. Overall this is a mostly tasty albeit unrefined New England Double IPA.

16 oz. can. Hazy, but not murky like an NEIPA. Smells of some sharp acidic fruits and a hefty earthy hop flavor. Tastes sweet and a little dank. Citrus and lightly fruity. Earthy hop flavor behind it. Pretty intense, too. Almost mushroomy. Pleasant bitterness and a chewy oaty profile. Medium heavy. At first, I liked that it was a different take on the profile, but it got a little fatiguing.
