L -- Lovely crimson haze in the glass with a billowy three-finger off-white head produced with moderate pour. Some retention and decent lacing
S -- Maple, blueberry breakfast bar, vanilla yogurt, lemongrass, brown sugar. Smells a bit like those Quaker instant oatmeal packets that have the maple and berries already mixed in
T -- Largely follows the nose. Semi-sweet, with only a mild lactic tartness. Really has that breakfast cereal bar thing going on, in a good way.
F -- Medium- mouthfeel, medium+ carb. Minimal bitterness on the finish but there is a lingering faint maple sweetness
O -- This would make for a great brunch beer. These Hudson Valley brews are so fun

Beautiful pour in the tulip, but the oatmeal and maple blast in the aroma follows into a strange, off putting aftertaste. The blueberry element is there, but overshadowed by what smells and tastes like a package of Quaker instant maple oatmeal dumped into the mix. A friend loved it, but it didn't do a thing for me. Seemed like the 16 oz can lasted forever.
