No canning date. Can to wine glass.
Look: Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates quickly without leaving any lacing. No floaters.
Smell: Coconut and lemon up front followed by notes of banana and vanilla.
Taste: Very fresh citrus fruits, mainly lemon and grapefruit. Some hints of coconut and green banana. Really sour with a minimal sweetness. Subtle hoppy notes are also there.
Feel: Very juicy. Slightly creamy. Low carbonation.
Overall: Very nice sour IPA which tastes as the name of the style suggests: hoppy and sour. Very sour actually. Without coconut and banana it would probably be too one-dimensional, but especially the sweet coconut notes create a nice balance and provide a ceratin complexity.
