On draught at Clinton Hall beer garden, NYC.
L: Opaque, dark peach colour with no head at all.
S: Spicy, zesty passion fruit, strawberry and lime.
T: Like a delicate strawberry vinegar with a slug of lime juice. Super refreshing.
F: Clean, fresh and dry.
O: A beautifully crisp and tangy fruited sour. Could totally have this at brunch as well as on a hot early evening (as now). Expensive ($12 for 10oz) but gorgeous.
