Celebrating excellent pitch meeting today with this DIPA on the way home.
a) Hazed, lasting, lacing.
s) mild
t) One of the best east coast DIPAs I have ever enjoyed. not too much citrus *(Thankfully), some of west coast sun and grass, some pine, some flower shop. The taste is fresh and giant.
f) Prickly, tickley.
o) Yummy.

Pours the color of grapefruit juice with a finger of head. The nose is fairly non-descript. perhaps there are some grainy qualities. Modest bitter citrus is upfront in the flavor profile but it is rounded out and the finish is more sweet than bitter.
