Hasta La Vista lager is a Vienna style lager with a smooth, frothy, light-to-medium body, boasting flavors of toasted malt, apple butter and star fruit. The slight malt sweetness is perfectly balanced by its crisp finish. It'll say see ya later to your glass.

Clear, medium amber color; excellent carbonation; thick, off-white head, semi-creamy with a rolling, sculpted top. Very nice aroma; light toasted malt with a hint of honey; pleasant esters; delicate freshly cut apple and pear. Decent taste; gently warm toasted grains; biscuit and bread crust; mild hop bitterness.; somewhat brash, metallic bitterness at the finish. Medium-body; a bit thin and watery; crisp.

The taste and mouthfeel comes across a tad weak, but this otherwise is a decent stab at the Vienna lager style.
