Clear, golden pour and body; dancing strings of carbonation; thick head, white with a creamy texture and gentle, rounded cap. Soft biscuit aroma infused with delicate malt sweetness; lightly floral and herbal hop presence. Clean, mildly malty taste with a low-key Noble hop bitterness and flavor; earthy green herbs. Medium mouthfeel; crisp and refreshing.
The hops (supposedly Tettnang per Untapped) certainly make this beer.
ABV: 4.8%; pouring temperature: 43.8 °F; canning info: n/a
