Pale and clear yellow pour; sparse carbonation; thick, white head, frothy and lasting; sticky patches and fingers of foam stick to the glass. Great nose; light biscuit malt backbone; mild overall sweetness; lightly floral with delicate fruity esters. Balanced and nuanced taste; light malt sweetness with a soft yet fairly prominent hop bitterness; a touch of herbal zestiness. Medium-light body; fairly smooth with a mellow and soft dryness at the finish.
A rather tasty, definitely enjoyable American pilsner.
