Exudes a clear, light gold body; coarse carbonation; initial head was decent; dense and white but soon fades to lingering wisp; respectable thin sheets of foam circle the glass. Barely any nose. Delicate malt grain base; mild esters leaning towards a citrus character; mild overall hop bitterness. Medium-light body; crisp with a slightly juicy edge.
Overall, this is a decent west coast pilsner yet rather mundane overall. Perhaps the cold serving temperature reigned in the aroma and flavor more so than what the beer can offer. Regardless, it is clean and refreshing.
