On-tap at Monks' Corner Taproom, Albuquerque, NM

A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of corn and malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of corn adjuncts and pale malts. There is only a faint amount of bitterness but the hops mostly serve to mask any malty sweetness.
M: It feels light- bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an easy drinking lager and makes for your classic lawnmower beer.
