L - pours a beet red with pinkish head. Mostly hazy with the vaguest of translucence.
S - raspberry puree, as expected. Touch of sea salt and melon.
T - nice tart twang. Definitely getting an oceanic vibe with the salt and raspberry flavor burst ice cream. Tart raspberry seeds make up the bulk of the flavor with a restrained drying balance to keep the sweetness at bay.
F - eschews the classic sour airy carbonation that simply overwhelms. Instead we find a lively fluff that doesn't foam up beyond control. Palatable.
O - nicely balanced raspberry sour. Fore River continues to impress, notable their sour beers.

pint can, dense raspberry peach color, foams a big lacy head that disappears. Very rich raspberry aroma. Tastes of slightly sour raspberries. Mouthfeel is very fluid, a fruity water with slight carbonation. Overall, a tart fruity beverage that is 4% ABV - it tastes quite raspberry but is rather expensive at $3 a pint can.

12 oz. in a charming micro-stein/tankard type thing at LFK in Portland. On draft.
Appearance: What the hell color is this? It's the color of Hawaiian Punch or something. It's damned near pink. Short, pink head, too. Wow.
Aroma: Berries, funk, yeast.
Taste: Big berry punch - indeed, almost "punch"-like. Sour, tart, too. Somewhat lambic-like. Not cloying; rather, a good mix of sweet and tart.
Mouthfeel: Very drinkable despite the sour notes. Alcohol barely noticeable. I might not've guessed this was a beer if somebody handed this to me in a plastic cup at a party. But I hate parties so that's never going to happen. Plus nobody is going to just give away $7 draft beers to randos at a party unless they're really good hosts.
Overall: Weird as hell, but I liked it. I paired this up with a veggie burger and chili and it wasn't the wisest twinning of food and booze in the history of dining. But, it was still enjoyable as all get out.

Had on draft at Little Tap house in Portland, ME. An excellent source raspberry beer, on par with some of the Belgian offerings I've tried. Well balanced tart and fruity without being too sweet. Pours a deep red raspberry color. Nice carbonation too.
