Received in a trade with @norsemanone ! Poured from a 16 oz can into a Ritzenhoff Pilsner glass.
L- Pours a very slightly hazy bright golden straw color. Very thin head.
S- Somewhat faint earthy aroma with a pleasant cracker aroma.
T- Earthy flavor carries over from the aroma. Crisp cracker notes.
F- Thin to moderate mouthfeel . Lively carbonation.
O- A solid Pilsner. This would be quite enjoyable on a steamy summer afternoon. On a frigid January evening it’s decent!

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. If there's a date, I don't see it. Got it in a trade with @Norsemanone.
Pours clear light yellow, medium sized airy head on the pour, settles to a thick, somewhat uneven meniscus, sustained by a moderate amount of carbonation. Smell is lager yeast, lemon, grass, maybe some honeysuckle / floral sweetness.
Taste is somewhat mineral, more lemon and floral, moderate bready / yeasty.
Mouthfeel is light, smooth, maybe a bit on the watery side. Overall, unassuming, enjoyable beer.

Had SLC Pils at Alpine Rose, Brighton, UT, poured from pint can, no date, into clear plastic beer cup.
Pours yellow-gold with 1-finger foamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving splotchy lace down the glass. Aroma of mild lemon off pour, then a little malt, and some floral, a bit of tart stone fruit and nettles aromas as warms. On tasting, begins smooth, creamy, and moderately caramel malty, with the malt continuing into some Noble hop florals and orchard fruit.
My first beer from Proper, and a good sign, as this is an excellent European (probably closer to Bohemian/Czech) pilsner.

Purchased from the brewery on 5.23
Pint size can poured at fridge temp into a willi glass
Pours opaque light honey golden with a fairly average white soapy head. 3.75
Light honey and noble hop aroma. 3.75
Cracker and biscuit forward, some mild hops, earthy honey and very light fruitiness. 4
Body is light prickling carbo, clean and a touch of dryness on the end. Feels like a 'good with everything' pairing beer. 4
Overall a great clean and light Pils I could drink all day long. 4
