Serving: 650 mL bottle poured into a small tasting glass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy amber brown with a fizzy head of tan bubbles. Leaves nice streaks of lace.
Smell: Grainy malt, slight toast and caramel, whiffs of fruit (apricot jam?) and floral hops.
Taste: Good malt body, caramel, some citrus rind, earthy hops and herbal bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and carbonation.
Overall: Good malt body and hop notes without going too big for a pale ale; drinkable.
