With such a small brewery, I understand the desire to sell more bottles, but the lack of viscosity really hurt this beer. Poured like powdered ice tea, with no head. The residual fats from the coconut killed the head retention. I do enjoy the coconut floating in the beer, and a pleasant coconut flavor does start to reveal itself as the beer warms, but the watery nature makes this very difficult to love.
