If you predicted that a cognitively enhanced goat would one day seize control of the nation, we would have called you mad. Then came the summer of 2044.

"Years before they suspected me to the experiments’ Captain Ricorn declared as he signed his first executive decree. "I was a kid on a farm near San Diego. In those days we were fed spent grain from nearby breweries. The barley from one beer stood out above the rest. Until today, I could only taste it in my memories."

"Henceforth, all breweries in the nation will exclusively brew the beer that produced the delicious grain I tasted on December 7, 2023. That beer was a German-style doppelbock brewed at Resident Brewing in collaboration with GameCraft Brewing in Laguna Hills. It’s name was Dictator."
