Pours a clear pale straw color. A large foam head rapidly dissipates, while a layer of film retains.
Aromas of cracker malt, lemon, pear and peach. In addition, sweet smelling floral spices pair with notes of grass, pepper and clove.
The palate is very dry with a touch of lemon tartness and peppery spices. Notes of dry cracker, crisp pear, white grapefruit, white pepper, and clove. Hops flavors are grassy and floral and add a touch of earthy bitterness.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel and dry finish. The carbonation is lively.
A decent Saison brewed appropriately to style. Nothing particularly earth shattering, but refreshing nevertheless.

Hazy yellow, fluffy white head, excellent retention and lace
A little bit of stone fruit esters, sharp, peppery phenols, and some herbal hops
Slightly tart, under-ripe nectarine and meyer lemon fruitiness, white pepper and clove, herbal hops, slight bready malt
Light bodied and well carbonated
New favorite local saison
