Hazy gold appearance with a large white head and a fair amount of lacing. There were some toasty malts to start off the olfactory senses but as that faded, herbal, floral hops moved in. Taste confirmed that; malts obvious but the balance swings toward the hop profile though relatively free of citrus. Some spiciness, close to peppery, in the aftertaste. Well carbonated medium bodied mouthfeel.
