500ml pour at Kontynuacja - piwo and pastrami.
Pours dark reddish brown, almost two fingers of near-nitro-density head, thick sheet of lacing. Smell is pine sol and toffee. Taste is more pine resin, less toffee, but both present in spades. Mouthfeel is medium, a little slick. Overall good, satisfying, but not perfect.

Beer colour brown, brownish-copper, cloudy
White foam, fine and impermanent, disappeared very quickly, leaving only a ring behind.
The aroma carries a little tropical, honey, plums and, in moderation, caramel. The aroma suggests that the beer will be very massive,
and it is quite the opposite.
The taste is weaker, we have some honey, plums, a bit of dryness but also some caramel. I had the impression that The Butcher
Is a bit watery.
Dry, grapefruit bitterness, intense but not lingering, enriching the taste experience.
Saturation too high for me, clearly bites the tongue and gets in the way.
The alcohol, although there is quite a lot of it, is not perceptible.

16% Plato.
Poured into pint.
Pours brown /red beer with 2-finger off-white head, low retention, plenty of yeast sediment.
Smell - malts, caramel, grapefruit, slightly resiny.
Taste - pineapple, sweet malts, nice hop bitterness.
Smooth and medium body, medium carbonation.
