I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: rich orange hue with a dash of haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam. Very attractive.
Smell: sweet and a bit fruity and floral. A bit on the mild side, however.
Taste: very sweet with a nice smooth floral character. There's a dash of toast to the grain which adds a nice mild complexity. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a pretty good creaminess.
Overall: this is a pretty smooth and relaxing treat for an imperial rye. It works for me!
