I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: murky golden hue with a thin layer of creamy white foam. Not too bad.
Smell: light, sweet, floral and wheaty. Interesting, but I like it.
Taste: wheaty and sweet with a prominent floral element and herbal, grassy hops. Maple could be in there, but it's hard to tell. Also fairly yeasty. Overall pretty decent, though.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a well-integrated carbonation and a very nice creaminess.
Overall: definitely an odd duck of a beer, but worth giving a try if you are adventurous.
