I had this beer on-tap in a pilsner glass at the brewery.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze a thick head of eggshell foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet, malty aroma with a definite yeastiness and kind of this sort of lemony accent. Not too bad.
Taste: sweetish malt with a rather yeasty character. It’s not bad but there’s something … not off, necessarily, but just not as clean a fermentation as I like in a pilsner.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and a nice creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly decent pilsner, if not exactly my favorite.
