500 ml bottle, pretty sure this was an October 2019 release. Purchased at the taproom a month or so ago. Served in a Mile Wide snifter, the beer pours a hazy reddish/copper color with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like bourbon, caramel, vanilla, raisin and oak. Taste is similar to the aroma, with bourbon, oak, caramel, raisin, prune, vanilla, toffee and rye bread flavors. Booze is noticeable but not overpowering at all. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's slick and smooth with a decent amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good barrel aged barleywine, wish I would have picked up another bottle when I had the chance!
