Zugbock Bavarian-Style Weizenbock Ale

From the tall boy can in a snifter. This SOLID little weizenbock
pours a dark brown tinged mahogany with a nice head of
off white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer,
and displays some excellent lacing. Nose of fruit notes
of strawberry jam, cherry, dark bread, brown sugars, and
hints of rye. Flavors follow the nose with fruited notes of
strawberry, raspberry, dark breaded malt touches, brown sugars,
and subtle herbal hops with chocolate malt accentuation.
Nice mouth feel; medium light body, light carbonation,
and finishing subtly dry and moderately sweet yet
very well balanced.

Overall, excellence from a great little brewery!
