Sour IPA with Pinot noir grape juice, Madagascar vanilla & milk sugar. Hopped with Idaho 7 & simcoe. 12oz can. PKG Oct 1 2019.
A: Pink to brown. Opaque. Vigorous carbonation. Two finger head.
S: Vanilla upfront, grape, cherry, some sweetness. Some sour funk. Overall, very dessert like.
T: Semi-sweet vanilla and berry. Nice sourness comes through to balance the sweetness right to the finish. Lactose is not overpowering and well used. Not a cloying finish but dry and welcoming to another sip.
F: Well carbonated. Medium body.
O: Incredibly balanced and drinkable considering all the ingredients. Delicious.
